We know that one of the major concerns when buying online is returns. One of the most frequently asked questions is: What if it doesn’t suit me?

At Tulip we want to address your concerns up front by offering you a 100% REFUND on any product (EXCEPT SALE ITEMS) you aren’t happy with, within 14 days of purchase. When you combine this with our FREE POSTAGE on sales over $200, we guarantee a stress-free shopping experience. We do ask that you take care when trying on your new items, as we can only accept returns that are in original condition with all tags and packaging intact – no makeup marks, perfume smell etc.
